- I recently received a spotlight award from Werres/Raymod for good attitude, customer communication and able to stay on track during stressful repairs while completing the job.
- I was chosen for a job that ended up securing IKEA as a customer for Werres/Raymond working on european forklifts. With very little info i stayed on track figuring out the lifts and documenting that process and writing a mini step by step manual that was entered into a forklift database for techs in the future helping me receive the spotlight award.
- Completed a Scheduled maintenance program and received a certificate of completion.
- Completed a 2 week tech primer in depth coarse of electrical, hydraulics, mechanical, how to use each schematic and associated tools. This led to me becoming a certified technician for Werres/Raymond Corp.
- With Alliance I received multiple training modules a year with some being how to navigate a laptop to find info or read digital schematics, hazmat training, blocking safety and electrical with a meter.
- On the farm helped me work close with others and time management skills.
- While in high school I completed electrical 1-2 received my OSHA certificate.
My favorite things to do is go hiking with my wife and kids and dirt bike riding with my kids I have fun modding certain video games that my son can play on And always looking for new places to camp and relax
