Accomplishments
During my tenure in production control at Marysville Motorcycle Plant, I was a cross-functional team lead to roll out a plant wide MRP system. Led activities to reduce inventory levels from model buildout that averaged $8-10 million down to $8,000.
As an Industrial Engineer, I worked with distressed auto parts suppliers who were not profitable. One major accomplishment was with CME Automotive Corporation in Monroeville, IN. I led a productivity improvement project for a link spin line which led to a 105% productivity improvement in this area. This line was targeted to be outsourced to Mexico, but stayed in the U.S. due to the productivity improvements
Led operations audits with Honda suppliers to evaluate operating systems and offer corrective actions that drove sustained operational improvements
During my stint as Product Trials Director, I have increased the growth of product trial locations 25% annual for 4 years and achieved an annual 90%+ completion rate
