- -Performed in Alternative Enforcement Program field work in scoping violations for emergency repairs open market orders.
- -Only active CPM in division with 5 Star achievement due to excellence in restoring building heating system.
- Put together estimates, specifications, and other project documents.
- Negotiated contracts with vendors and subcontractors for optimal cost savings on materials and services.
