• Supervised program staff, managing and evaluating performance to provide high-quality services to program participants.
• Routinely manage all contractual requirements set by the New Jersey State Parole Board.
• Evaluated program performance through comprehensive data analysis, driving continuous improvement efforts.
• Coordinated budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to facilitate smooth flow of operations.
• Communicated regularly with stakeholders, updating them on progress to build program support.
• Completed an external review leading to recognition of commitment to quality by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
