• Hired in January 2008 in a Field Auto Adjuster position, until September of 2018. In this position I traveled to all over Central/South Georgia as I live in an Ideal position 60 miles from Macon/Warner Robins, Albany, and Columbus, Ga I negotiated with shops and tow yards, met customers face to face and represented Allstate in a positive way where ever I was. From there I was asked to be part of a new position called a Virtual Triage Adjuster where I looked a vehicles virtually with customers and determined if it was repairable or total loss . I did this until late 2020, where do to the Pandemic I was needed as a GHRN Total loss adjuster. There I ran values and determined if vehicles were repairable or not and negotiated with the GHRN shops. I did this until late 2022 then I moved to an Obvious Total Loss adjuster position. Here I determine if a vehicle is repairable and help customers through the total loss process.

I looked at Customers vehicles and property, wrote estimates, negotiated with body shops, tow yards. Handled and negotiated total losses for customers. I was the only Mechanical breakdown adjuster and only motorcycle adjuster in Central/South Georgia. I went to several Catastrophe locations including a month in Louisiana and Mississippi after hurricane Katrina.
