Having one customer, Pepsi Co, B&C Trucking was contracted to transport all of their products from their distribution warehouse in Anchorage Alaska and delivered to their Fairbanks and Kenai Alaska warehouses, to keep inventory at their required level. Averaged 6 sets of doubles per week. So successful with meeting their daily transportation schedule and needs, Pepsi Co had decided to change the inventory levels in each warehouse from one week of inventory to orders being delivered overnight for the next business day. Accomplishing this goal was made possible by owning and setting up the best equipment for the job.
