Direct Purchasing decisions to maximise inventory turns and provide necessary products to meet customers needs profitably. Make sure each employee at every branch and purchasing are trained to meet industry excellence in all areas. Enable each Manager to make decisions to have a profitable branch with a minimum 10% up to 18% ROI and 2.5 turns.

Opened Hose and Rubber Supply branch in SLC, UT. Lead a great team in satisfying Customer needs for 9 years. Opened a new Branch in Provo UT in 2012. Lead a great team in satisfying customer for 3 years. In both of these branches trained and lead great people to replace me as Branch Managers in both Branches.
