On a PRN basis I provide basic care and assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, eating and assisting to the restroom. Medical task;taking vitals, documentation, monitoring patient behavior,preforming EKGs, Hooking up patients to monitors.

• As a Health Unit Coordinator(HUC) I assisted the the nurses and nursing staff by managing multiple telemetry monitors by maintaining attention to detail such as Vitals, Interpreting Cardiac rhythms, Consults,Bed assignments for all monitored patients on the unit.

• I Assisted the providers by rooming patients and getting the chief complaint, during the appointment I would :transcribe information into charts, take photos and upload them into chart. Assist with dermatology procedures such as : cryotherapy, photo-dynamic therapy, wart removal(Cantharidin ), steroid injections.Assist in clinical procedures: biopsies, excisions, electrodesiccation and curettage, and MOHS procedure.
• Schedule and cancel appointments and procedures. Daily office administrative tasks such as answering phone calls ,faxing health records, Prior Authorizations and appeals for medications and procedures, checking active insurances and Sending Referrals.

preforming ekgs, straight catheterization, enemas, placing orthoglass as prescribed by the provider . Documented patient intake and dietary requirements and aided with feeding and monitoring.

• I Assisted patients to exam rooms, answered general questions and prepared patients for physician in different medical specialties by explaining process.
• Advocated for patients to physicians about concerns, condition updates or refill requests to facilitate treatment. Educated patients about medications, procedures and physician's instructions. Scheduled appointments for patients via phone and in person. Prepared treatment rooms for patients by cleaning surfaces and restocking supplies. Completed basic physical assessments of clinic patients to provide optimal care.

• Assisted Physicians in the Emergency Department by obtaining and documenting the most accurate list of medication a patient is taking per patient, Family members, and Pharmacy. Relayed messages from patients to physicians, and nurses about concerns, condition updates or refill requests to facilitate treatment.
