My professional objective is to continue working in an agency that provides health and behavioral services to individuals with diagnoses ranging from the Autism Spectrum to Intellectual Developmental Disabilities. My goal is to assist them in improving their overall developmental and physical growth as a behavioral health service provider.

I am an I/DD Targeted Case Manager. As such, I coordinate the provision of supports and services for adults with mental illness, substance use, co-occurring and/or developmental disabilities who need assistance in accessing, coordinating and monitoring resources and services. In addition, I assist those individuals and their support network to identify, select, obtain, and coordinate both paid and unpaid or natural supports to enhance the individual's independence, integration, and productivity consistent with the person's capabilities and preferences as outlined in their Individualized Plan of Services (IPOS)
