  • The restaurant I work at is owned by a company named Chefs International Inc. that has 13 restaurants. This summer the owners held a cocktail party at my restaurant and my managers specifically asked me to be the server that took care of them.
  • The restaurant I work at did a collaborative luau event with the local surf company Jetty and I was also asked to be their designated server for the night of the event.
  • I have also become the designated server to train any new hires at my job.
  • During my gap semester last year to help pay off some loans I started an eBay store, which has 5 stars and almost 100 items sold.
  • My family and I have been actively fundraising for the National Epilepsy Foundation since both my mother and sister have epilepsy. We also plan on participating in the national walk in Washington D.C. next weekend.
  • I took at least 19 credits a semester at Villanova so that I could graduate a semester early and limit some of my student debt. I still finished in the top 5% of my class.
