At Crew Carwash, I work directly underneath the General Manager. I oversee budgets for all aspects of the location such as labor, detergents, etc. I work on a team of up to 6 other managers as well as up to 20 associate team members. I am responsible for training, coaching, termination, hiring/hold interviews, sales, customer retention, customer satisfaction, quality control, scheduling, maintenance tasks, work in all weather conditions, money handling, Run a POS system, etc!

Customer service, order taking and input, time management, stocking and cleaning, serve safe license, opening duties, stress management, promoting and sale of specific menu items.

Direct traffic, be a safety at campus held events, apply campus rules, write tickets/warnings to faculty/staff and students, assign parking decals to resident students and temporary visitors, check campus keys in and out of office, direct visitors and students to correct resources.
