Over the course of my career with Sentry I have accomplished several task.
From 2012 to 2019
- Supported phones with setting up new claims and transferring customers.
- Inputting claims from mail.
- Cross trained into Commercial Lines.
- Became a lead training to become a senior toward the end of 2019.
From 2020 to 2022
- Became a senior at the start of 2020.
- Trained in Commercial Lines non phone and intake to help support those areas.
- Became part of the Non Phone FNOL team where I assisted working paper, intra day task, and other important task.
- Helped with developing a couple of teams.
- Would take topics and concerns on daily work within the project team to supervisors over it.
- Pulled into training a couple of classes.
- Became a specialist mid 2022 before moving into Quality.
Mid 2022 to 2025 Quality Team
- Evaluating calls monthly for associates, while providing feedback on those calls.
- Shadowed new hires coming out of training. Providing them with tools and processes to help guide them on their day to day work.
- Created a guideline for mentors meeting with their mentees.
- Helped developed teammates within Quality on evaluating FNOL calls.
