· Managed in Singles department as a PA 2 years, working even without any managers to ensure shift execution. Recognized as a leader in the Singles Department, with the ability to run shift and meet customer demands in a timely manner without presence of AM or OM.

· Responsible for Staffing 60+ Associates per shift between Mix, Singles Smalls, and SmartPac. Identified staffing issues and reduced pack support spend by 40 hours a week with an excel staffing document which is used across multiple shifts. When leading a shift my goal is to guide associates to push out 40,000+ units of product out per shift. Have significantly brought critical pull time customer orders risk down from an average of 200 to 40 orders on a consistent basis.

· Learning Ambassador with a year experience in developing and training over 200 OB Pack Singles associates who started off with a rate of 45uph, now packing with a rate of 90uph to 120uph. For SmartPac Associates started packing at a 300uph and now are packing over a 500 t0 600 uph.
