Identified staffing issues and reduced pack support spend by 40 hours a week with an excel staffing document which is used across multiple shifts. When leading a shift my goal is to guide associates to push out 40,000+ units of product out per shift. Have significantly brought critical pull time customer orders risk down from an average of 200 to 40 orders on a consistent basis.
