• Client was losing her home, she is a friend of mine and I had the knowledge to show her how to get her Mtg company to work with her.
• I sat down with her and showed her how to do her loan modification papers herself, and in addition showed her how to submit them in a way that the Mortgage Company would have no other choice but to notice her paper work and work with her. Results, house saved. Loan Modified to a payment that was so phenomenal it not only blew her mind it blew mind. She is so excited and so am I. Now, she is current and doing wonderfully with her new payment.
