- Currently Supervising 15, up to 19 employees-schedule, train, and develop front line employees in the work areas of construction, maintenance and customer and administrative support
- Proactively promote and lead safety initiative in all phases of operations, compliance with DOT/PHMSA regulations and company standards
- Coordinated yearly damage prevention meetings with 811, local officials, contractors and other entities in various towns around the western slope areas
- Proficient in locating and marking gas pipelines (steel or PE) systems
- Perform gas line standbys to ensure excavation activities are done correctly and safely by contractor or homeowner
