    Extended Warranty Report

  • Created a report to track various details of the impact certain extended warranty companies had on our dealership. This report was used to determine the worth of continuing working with certain companies for the benefit of our customers in relation to how they affected our internal measurement metrics
  • Tracked cycle time by each company to verify if certain companies prolonged the process, driving up our cycle time and preventing our customers from having their vehicles back Tracked claims by warranty company versus how much money the claims generated in a month/year report, as well as calculated discrepancies in payments and what percentage of the monthly revenue was lost
  • Pulled all the information into various charts and graphs to view data side-by-side for quick analysis and to show how data changed from previous month/year
