I am a mother and when brainstorming a income I took my passion and love for flowers and growing into consideration and started Rock Quarry Farms. I find joy in the day to day tasks of running my business and I am thankful to have the ability to work from home. I have plans for expanding the business 2024 and offering a UPICK, DIY flower buckets and more outreach to wedding florist.

- Managing day to day tasks on the farm. Starting seeds, wintersowing, transplanting seedlings, preparing the field and flower beds, watering, harvesting and arranging.
- Keeping of livestock chickens and indian runner ducks. Our ducks provide a unique service to the farm as they eat many pests in the flower gardens.
- Business development and planning
- Creating and maintaining of relationships with florist, wedding florist, small business shops. Each relationship provides a outlet to sell specialty fresh cut flowers.
- Maintaining relationship with township and code office to make sure the business is operating and in 100% compliance.
- Social Media presence working with each post to expand our customer base.
- Weekly flower sales at farm markets.
