Job overview

*Initially I was hired for the receptionist position. After a year, I was trained to assist in the lab where alcohol and drug testing was performed. Due to my willingness to learn more about the business, I was trusted with some administrative responsibilities as well. My duties consisted of:

  • Opening and closing the clinic
  • Greeted incoming visitors and customers professionally and provided friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
  • Assisted patients in completing medical paperwork (medical history, medications, surgeries, etc).
  • Assigned patient's information to their designated station.

Job overview

*After transferring schools, I returned to Cato Fashions, but to a different location. In August 2019, I started at the store in Stockbridge and continued as a sales associate. Then stores had to shut down due to COVID-19 and when they reopened (September 2020), the Ellenwood location needed more employees. They requested me to be transferred back, however, it was to be an assistant manager. The additional responsibilities included:

  • Keyholder for opening and closing the store
  • Completed regular inventory counts to verify stock levels, address discrepancies, and forecast future needs.
