Support survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking through trauma-informed crisis intervention via hotline, textline, and in-person assistance. Conduct shelter intake screenings, assign rooms, and provide daily support to residents, including meals, hygiene items, and emotional care. Monitor facility safety through hourly checks and security systems, and respond calmly to emergencies. Maintain accurate documentation, including case notes, service logs, and incident reports. Assist with housekeeping, meal preparation, and overall facility upkeep to ensure a safe, respectful living environment. Supervise volunteers and contribute to team efforts focused on empowerment, safety planning, and survivor well-being.
