Dynamic & versatile fitness professional with almost 7 years of experience inspiring individuals to achieve their fitness goals through engaging workout classes. Experience coaching 5 formats within group fitness and skilled in programming, making playlists & growing classes in various times of the day. Previously a technical recruiter with 12 years of experience in the corporate world before switching to fitness full-time to pursue my passion.
• Coaches 7-9 group fitness classes per week of up to 42 people where half the class is riding assault bikes & half the class is doing various floor/weight exercises
• Able to coach members in a very fast paced class format (there are 30 rounds (60 seconds) and transitions are only 10 seconds)
• Program a new 7 minute core section for every class
• Identifies and corrects exercise form to prevent injuries and offers modifications as needed for individual participants
• Motivates members to push hard and keep the energy up throughout class
• Creates opportunities for connection with members before during and after class
