• Carefully hand picked and quality checked items, making sure nothing was broken, leaking or tampered with before placing in a bag.
• Assisted customers in finding items, answering questions and helping wherever needed at the store regardless of the department.
• Staged the items in totes in designated areas that were easily accessible for loading in car for pick up or delivery
• Loaded cars in reasonable time

As a hostess/Waitress - I greeted guests and seated them.

• Took their drink and food request.
• Ensured that everyone was checked on in a timely manner and that their order was accurate.
• Provided their bill and took their payments.
• Cleaned off tables, helped do dishes, filled salts, peppers, sugars etc. Made sure all silverware was folded, etc.

As a cook:

• Prepared all orders in a timely manner.
• Prepped food during slow time
• Made sure all food was cooked to desired temperature
• Kept up on dishes
• Put food away and dated
• Swept and mopped kitchen at end of night, wiped all countertops off. Made sure all fryers, ovens, stove tops and steam pans were turned off. Kitchen doors locked.
• Also did deep cleaning in fridges, fryers, etc when slow

As a Shift Leader:

• Made sure all wait staff had what they needed and would help greet guests, take orders, hand out checks, take phone calls.
• Help cook and anybody else as needed.
• Making sure everyone was properly following rules and guidelines.
• Helped direct them as needed.
• Made sure all money was accounted for in register and put away for the night.
• All doors were locked
