Receiving & Inspection

• Process and reverse purchase orders to ensure accurate material tracking and reconciliation
• Receive and verify incoming shipments from external vendors (South Side operations)
• Inspect sheet metal, pipe, and rod materials for quality and compliance (North Side operations)
• Stage materials for outside processing and coordinate with external vendors

Inventory Management

Shipping & Material Movement

• Partner with floor support teams (Water Spider) to ensure timely material delivery and location accuracy

Tagging & Documentation

• Label internally produced materials and organize them within inventory systems
• Print and apply pre-count tags for annual inventory audits
• Generate and manage Status 33 work orders requiring storeroom action

Priority & Quality Coordination

• Expedite urgent (“HOT”) materials through inspection and into production workflows
