  • Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, I oversee FMLA and Leave of Absence full cycle. I perform professional level HR administration in the areas of leave management, employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment and selection support, onboarding and offboarding on top of HRIS entry and daily tasks as assigned. I have been recognized as the HR Generalist trainer for the last 6 months in which I help support my team and those that are coming on board and new to my team.
  • I review disciplinary action requests and documentation to recommend levels of discipline; preparing disciplinary action letters, memos, and performance improvement plans
  • I prepare personnel action forms; enter new hires, promotions, demotions, salary changes, etc., into HRIS; generating on-demand and custom reports
  • I manage access to and support the learning management program; conducting new hire orientation including offboarding orientation responding to a wide variety of personnel inquires; tracking fingerprint card clearances; nursing licenses; along with completing special projects, as assigned
