Delivery Driver

• Coming in on time and getting a truck & a route sheet
• Inspection of the vehicle in the morning and at night to ensure safety
• Loading up our trucks in a timely fashion of under twenty minutes
• Driving with proper safety and provisions to ensure truck, driver, and surroundings safety
• Ensuring all packages are delivered to the right location and being on pace all day
• Possibly assisting others in your surrounding area to ensure everyone finishes on time

Dispatcher

• Come in an hour to an hour and twenty minutes before our launch time
• Prep van boxes and handout
• Print off route sheets and handout
• Move people around to where they are most efficient and effective
• Prepare a safety / information brief to then give before our launch time
• Help at loadout to help accommodate each drivers different needs so they can be safe but effective on route (filling up tires / checking vans)
• Picking up / dropping off vans if needed
• Answering calls from drivers (Access codes, issues, updates)
• Watching everyone's progress to ensure everyone is on track to get home on time, and to ensure safe habits are being monitored
• Adjusting people while en route to either skip stops, let them know their pace, and or coordinate a rescue
• Prepare the next days roster (Early wave, Drivers, Nursery, calculations with projections of the day, sweepers, and operations)
• Documenting Netradyne (safety) violations, drivers day, and sections (Pre launch, OTR, RTS)
• Show drivers their day and any safety violations
• Clean and wipe down the phones / van boxes
• Put away all van boxes, and phones upon the final driver returning to station and locking up the area

• Training clients using proper technique
• Showing clients different exercises, techniques, and formats best suited for their anatomy and for their goals
• Communicating with the client to see how they are feeling and what is/isn’t working
• Programming
• Calculating / Aiding in Nutrition with clients
• Helping clients become more comfortable in the gym
• Helping clients not only physically, but mentally through challenging them

• Reordered Metal parts
• Shaking metal sheets
• Stock Carts with metal parts and send them to different departments

• Bagged fresh popcorn
• Stocked Shelves
• Mop / sweep / Clean tables
• Take online orders

• Kept the store clean through sweeping, mopping, and cleaning all the rooms

• Bagged Customers items efficiently using proper techniques to protect items with separating specific merchandise
• Returned unwanted items to correct store location and restocked shelves
• Collected and returned shopping carts
• Addressed Customers needs for price checks and merchandise retrieval from upper shelves or stockroom
• Stocker in the main aisles when needed
• Assisting customers with whatever the needs were (Carrying items to a car)
