At Regional Concrete I worked as part of a team that completed jobs independently. This field developed my work ethic and improve team work. Some things I was responsible for include : organizing tools, transporting equipment, operating machines, and helping co-workers complete tasks.

At Famous Footwear customer service was the most essential aspect of the job. Along with the listed bullet point I was responsible for all our customers needs, questions, and concerns.

• Maintained clean sales floor and straightened and faced merchandise.
• Greeted customers, helped locate merchandise, and suggested suitable options.
• Organized store merchandise racks and displays to promote and maintain visually appealing environments.
• Stocked merchandise, clearly labeling items, and arranging according to size or color.

While working at Walmart I was required to work in uncomfortable circumstances such as freezing environments and blizzards. During this I learned to keep a positive attitude and further my work ethic.

• Offered carts to patrons.
• Removed broken and unserviceable carts from inventory for repair.
• Collected carts left in parking areas and returned to retail stores.
• Gathered and consolidated carts, freeing up additional cart return spaces.

While at Cavoni's my most important skill developed was customer service due to the fact I took orders both over the phone and in person.
