My role at PetSmart was Customer Service Leader, I was in charge of all cashiers and the Petcare department. I also was cashier, stocker, worked on planograms and helped in our grooming salon making appointments and checking in clients. As part of my role, I had to maintain member conversion above 20% with all associates, sell a minimum of 7 puppy guides ($20 coupon book) a week and have over 15% in app offer activations. I trained all new associates in cashier roles, Petcare and stocking. I worked closely with vendors and adoption groups on product quality and instore events. Morale and recognition were a big part of my leadership, I made competitions with prize outcomes which my team loved, it led us to being #1 in our district two years straight for our operation Christmas child drive. I closed the store and handled high amounts of cash and worked with Garada world cash sending out deposits and ordering change. My main objective was that anyone stepping in our store had the best customer service and if not, how could i help better that experience. Upon leaving, my contribution to the team made the store #54 in the company out of 1200 stores.
