Baking in a private rented kitchen space with four other talented bakers; we prepare and bake high quality goods for several coffee shops in the triad area. Everything is made with organic ingredients from scratch daily, with focus on detail; I open the bakery at 530 A.M. and bake the first set of goods to be delivered for the day. Once the baking is complete, I prep for the next shift, followed by cleaning the kitchen thoroughly and then delivering the goods for sale to the coffee shops.
