- I was one of 22 rising leaders selected to learn the ins and outs of the day-to-day ministry at VOUS Church. Home to over 8,000 servant leaders, and thousands more members and guests.
- Host our triannual VOUS Girl event with over 2,000 women at each event: One of my major roles was finding 20 to 40 women leaders within the church of different ages and races to showcase and honor.
- During VOUScon, our largest event, hosting nearly 5,000 people from all over the world, I supported our musical guest backstage and was solely responsible for managing multiple coinciding DJ sets throughout the four-day event.
- Invite food vendors, DJs, and hundreds of servant leaders, as well as buy all the decorations and set up for large-scale events like 'Night to Shine' (Tim Tebow's foundation- a prom for 100's of mentally disabled people in Miami) , the Christmas Toy Drive, and Crew Catch Up (hosting hundreds of small group leaders tri-annually).
- The following are 'fair-like' events, complete with food vendors, DJs, food drives, worship teams, concessions, games, arts and craft stations, and inflatable bouncy houses.
- I helped to organize and prepare for the events, including organizing teams, and finding and equipping our Servant Leaders with clear instructions. Each event had 1,500 to 3,000 attendees: Trunk or Treat, Thanksgiving Bash, Back to School Bash, and Easter Egg Drop.
- Organization of monthly outreaches for the city, working hand in hand with 25 to 40 different nonprofits, schools, and city government organizations monthly to paint, build, clean, write letters, and learn how the VOUS community could best serve them.
- Work with other departments within VOUS to build a vision and cohesiveness of themes for each event.
- Monitor our prayer request email, send flowers to people experiencing loss, send newborn boxes, call individuals who need prayer, and pray over our pastors and church during services.

- After a close friend, Noah, passed away I named and led a bible study after him.
- I found scripture, facilitated and encouraged others to lead and share
- Post on facebook and set up zoom meeting weekly.

- Set up zoom and lead a study through the book Captivating. All while stuck in bed fighting Lyme Disease.
