- Assisted veterinarians and technicians with exams, procedures, and X-rays.
- Restrained animals of different sizes and temperaments during appointments.
- Ran tech appointments for vaccines/injections, anal glands, bloodwork, suture/staple removals, laser treatments, and more.
- Have experience using Cornerstone, Smartflow, and Weave.
- Refilled medications and preventatives approved by a doctor.
- Aided with routine diagnostic tests by running bloodwork and urine. Also, provided assistance by setting up fecals, ear cytologies, and skin cytologys.
- Collected patient blood samples, fecal samples, and other diagnostics for doctor review.
- Assisted with euthanasia procedures both in the clinic and in other locations to ensure owner and pet comfort.
- Groomed and bathed animals to maintain hygiene and appearance and performed kennel staff duties as needed (walking dogs, dremeling/clipping nails, making food, administering medication, etc.)
- Restrained animals for examination and treatment.
- Administered injections, oral medications and topically applied medications prescribed by veterinarian.
- Prepared surgical instrument packs and drapes for use in sterile environments by processing in an autoclave.

- While I do not have veterinary experience regarding exotics, I am comfortable learning to work with all animals.
