I am 24 years old and went to school for welding, I there on went to start my own business in construction where I managed 5-6 employees at a time while sub-contracting for some of the biggest companies in the area. Mainly Tactical in Farmington NY. Although these opportunities were amazing, my buisness partner received a steady job with great opportunities and benefits. Although I still hold myself company and DBA, I am looking to venture forward into a management field given my knowledge and payroll/online skills for which I am very privy too. In one year, my company billed almost a quarter of a million dollars. I have the drive, work ethic, knowledge, and capability of the trades. I am firm yet understanding with employees. I always hold myself and everyone around me to the highest potential.
