I've been an STNA for three years. I have worked in a long care setting for 2 years assisting 20+ residents with ADL's. I also have worked in a short term care setting for the past 5 months. I am very hard working and determined. Anything within my scope of practice that I am asked to do, I do efficiency and correctly. I am willing to work the extra hours.
