Review of acceptance/rejection reports from SAP and make required corrections when applicable. Validates successful SAP payment to carriers. Review and validate SAP payment information reconciled back to TEM SaaS. Collaborate with AP teams for all TEM invoices and SAP-related items and issues.
  • TEM inventory. Daily review and analysis of TEM invoices to TEM SaaS inventory. Identify and validate in-use and not-in-use network/telecom services. Review and validation of contracted term agreements per service.
  • Dispute management. Ownership status of all dispute-related billing issues with TEM SaaS partner and carriers.

TEM SaaS account maintenance, updates and fixes, process improvements

  • Collaborate with all TEM SaaS team members to achieve Toyota TEMGroup’s mission statement and goals; aligning with TMNA mission statement and goals
