Conventional Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Federal Housing and Va Loans as well as construction, renovation, bond loans and referal to reverse Mortgage. I also had broker status for non-conforming and no income loans. I worked in multiple locations in NH and Vermont as well as Jackson Hole Wy and Denver Colorado. At one point my office supported the entire financial requirements of the Vt office.
