Internal Team Huddles: Hosts morning stand-ups with key team leaders across investment, operations, and client service to review daily priorities and ensure alignment across client needs.
Prospect & Referral Calls: Engages in business development calls with prospective families, centers of influence, and strategic partners to grow the firm’s client base and deepen trusted advisor relationships.
Investment Oversight: Reviews daily market commentary, and Investment Committee to assess portfolio construction, manager performance, and macroeconomic risks.
Talent Mentoring & Recruiting: Actively mentors senior advisors and rising talent. Reviews recruiting pipelines and meets with potential hires to ensure cultural and professional fit.
Board & Investor Relations: Participates in advisory board discussions and communicates with external investors and key stakeholders about the firm’s strategic direction.
