10 Great Reasons to Hire Me

Hello and welcome to my resume! Thank you for this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Bryan Fuller or @bfullerallday and I would love to be your new bartender.

Before I start with the 10 reasons, I want to assure you that there are many more reasons than just the 10. Fortunately for all of us, I don't like bragging or any of that ego, prima donna bull pucky. I am very much a doer. Nothing worse than the many who go on and on about all that they are, all that they do and me me me, meanwhile its the Bryan Fuller in the background who already has it done. Done right, done without having been told what to do and done with a smile. But, this is a resume. I have to brag a little.

1. I love bartending. 20+ years and no burnout in sight.

2. I love your bar! Ive done a little recon and it was all great. Great menu, atmosphere, service. I can see myself fitting in perfectly.

3. I am single and I don't date patrons or employees.

4. I am highly experienced but not the guy who says "yeah but this is the way I've been doing it for years". This is your bar. I want to learn your way. It has obviously been working for you.

5. I come from an old & mostly lost discipline of bar customer service where every detail is critical and every "151 john" & "eric clapton larry" are recognized, anticipated and appreciated.

6. I make great drinks with style and simplicity.

7. I run a tight ship. I have a 3 year "no fights in the bar & no 911 calls" record that I plan to continue. Formal conflict resolution training as well as first aid. cpr heimlich etc.

8. I have my food handlers card and liquor permit

9. I have lottery experience.

10. Im reliable, with a valid drivers license, reliable car, a home near by, a great reputation, and pretty darn close to zero on the dramameter

So how about we end the high turnover and hire the last Brytender you'll ever need.
