Built a Mac global support infrastructure training individuals in various countries around the globe. Required support personnel to take and pass the JAMF 100 training along with free Apple training courses.

Worked closely with Cyber Security on a standard security suite for Macs to suit a global solution.

Responsible for testing and evaluating, packaging software applications to comply with corporate standards, while providing the best working environment for the Developers.
