An important part of my job involved interacting with guests to ensure they had a positive experience. I Had to make sure food was given to its expectations. We would set up for events and work the events, worked fast paced and had to make sure good service was there as well.

Provided answers when given questions about the park.

With that came to be maintained up to date with knowledge of the store merchandise and policies.

Assisted servers in setting up tables for guests. Delivered food to guests in a timely manner while following restaurant rules. Memorized the whole menu as we had to answer any questions that customers had about food. Checked all dishes before delivering them to ensure quality standards were met. Would communicate with cooks to make sure food was being made right and on time to meet customers expectations.
