Community Service Experiences

Wildwood Youth Missions Program:

1. Our youth group joined the disaster relief efforts in Joplin, MO after a tornado destroyed the town on May 22nd, 2011. Our duties were to help clear roadways of debris, hand out water/essentials, and assist with anything that would help the community get back on their feet.

2. Our youth program traveled internationally to Barbados to help renovate and build an extension to a local elementary school. We also visited another elementary school to join in on a few of their math and english classes. We had a wonderful time hearing about their lives at lunch and played some of their local games at recess.
