• Contributed to saving $1M+ for Shell operational costs and product losses by maintaining 0 incidents year after year through safe and procedure compliant operations
• Responsible for coordinating pipeline maintenance, monitoring, and maintaining communication with control center/field personnel and internal/external stakeholders to maximize efficiency, safety, and quality
• Contributed operational ideas to Scheduler in order to maintain adequate inventory for Lockport Terminal and Gibson Terminal when there is low product flow from shippers
• Responsible for ensuring the safety of pipeline operations and preventing any environmental damage while meeting established schedules and customer needs, minimizing costs, and securing product integrity
• Ensure the commodity specification are accurate when being delivered to various delivery destinations along the pipeline

• Contributed to saving Enterprise Products $2M+ in cleanup costs by effectively shutting down a pipeline that was struck by third party customer
• Contributed to saving Enterprise Products $800k in loss of product by effectively providing emergency response to an abnormal condition that involved equipment malfunction by re-routing product flow
• Ensure the NGL product specifications are accurate when being delivered to various delivery destinations along the pipeline
• Monitored, analyzed, and coordinated gathering system operations to assure nominated volumes are delivered to internal/external customers

• Monitor, analyze, and control refined products such as gasoline and diesel throughout pipelines remotely utilizing SCADA system
• Monitored tank inventory and dispatched proper personnel to problem areas if tank inventory imbalances are identified
• Assists in responding to equipment and power failures by re-scheduling and/or re-routing product flow
• Adhere to all Control Room Management regulations set forth by regulatory agencies and follow all Nustar Energy’s procedures
• Manage pumping schedules, emphasizing efficiencies such as unit selection and power optimization
• Work with field personnel to help troubleshoot equipment issues affecting normal pipeline operations
