Ive adapted to work responsibility’s from a young age, since I started working at 14 years old. I’ve learned many things in the years of working such as customer service, time management, active listening, and etc. Having a team lead position really gave me a lot more maturity in my job as I had to close the whole store by myself and coach my employee through the shift.
