  • 0-6 months: Production Helper (Casting Line)- Ensure proper thickness and stability of solid surface as it exits the oven. Perform visual inspection for blemishes, film lines, chip distribution, etc. Train incoming personnel on Casting Line Processes.
  • 6-12 months: Production Operator Assistant (Casting Room)- Assist the Production Operator by monitoring the control panel for temperature changes, pressure drops, and RPM spikes. Visually inspect slurry for viscosity changes and make appropriate adjustments to produce the proper thickness.
  • 12-18 months: Production Operator/Crew Lead- Manage all of Casting Process and its crew. Regular one on one or group meetings on the goals for the day and possible setbacks. Field and address any questions and concerns. Inform Operations, Safety, and Maintenance Managers of any issue that may impact the production line or its crew.
