• Utilized ProEdge to digitize and keep real-time job tracking and expedite job progress by generating work orders to appropriate subcontractors

• After one year, promoted to Meter Services Foreman, which needed management of detailed budgets, scheduling, safety meetings, and leadership report out with the Operations Supervisor daily
• From there transitioned to Foreman of Utility Line Maintenance, responsible for budget management, scheduling, line locates, and customer service
• Then transferred as Foreman over Street and Drainage
