•Food prep for sunset dinner boat. Catering for 60-80 passengers.

•Prepare all hot foods that needs to be cooked.Seasoned, marinated, cut, skinned & peeled.

•Plate up fruit, dessert & cheese platters.

•Prep & replace/restock all foods that used for next scheduled sunset dinner boat.

•Daily Constant cleaning of work stations

•Wash&put away all dishes throughout the day

•Load up all hot foods into hot Cambros

•Load up all cold foods into cold Cambros

•Load all Cambros into delivery van
