IT is an industry that is ever evolving. In fact the only thing consistent about it is that its always inconsistent. Solutions of the past are not guaranteed to work on the problems of tomorrow, This role requires creativity, solution oriented thinking, and a growth mindset; which is why it's perfect for me. I enjoy broadening my horizons and learning new things, it brings a certain kind of novelty to life.
I say this to preface the fact that I'm not the candidate that has all the technical knowledge. My claim to fame is that I'm a fast learner who has the foundational knowledge set. If I don't have the answer, I know how to ask good questions to find it. In fact that is exactly how I earned my current lead position.
