  • In 1999 I started working for this Cardiology group as an LPN, seeing all the pt.’s. for check up’s and blood work and assisting one of the three Cardiologists with either a stress test, echocardiogram or a pacemaker magnet check. As an RN, working for this group, I assisted in starting up a Nuclear Stress Testing program that was launch in 2004. My responsibilities regarding the pt.’s were to start the IV’s, have the first dose of radioactive isotope given, giving pt. instructions, a time of return for the actual stress test portion and assisting the Dr. with the stress testing.
