- · Oversee daily operations of a multidisciplinary team within EROC (Erlanger Regional Operations Center) doing patient logistics and transfers to a Level 1 Trauma Center and Regional Stroke Center.
- · Assist as needed daily with air medical flight communications and MedComm radio duties within a Tennessee designated RMCC (Regional Medical Communications Center).
- · Helped to develop a training manual to support new hire training in the patient transfer process.
- · Developed a system of monthly, recurrent training for patient logistics center employees centered around issues observed in monthly QA/QI process.
- · Complete daily and monthly QA/QI process for all patient transfer cases coming into the health system.
