Personal experince

  • As a high school student, I worked at Mike's Crabhouse for two years, where I was given the opportunity to learn how to successfully work with a team and also develop important leadership skills. During my time there, I worked hard to move up from host to busboy to barback. Before moving up to barback I was given the responsibility for training the new busboys and then as barback I was responsible for training the barbacks This experience showed me how to teach my co-workers by example and encourage them when they made mistakes. In this type of work environment, each person's performance in their job role effects somebody else's job performance and working together is very important. During my employment there I developed an understanding of how to work well with a team of people. It created in me a sense of responsibility and the ability to motivate my co-workers to perform well.


  • Also I was the coach for My litter brother basketball team. I handled kids from so many different backgrounds and cultures. This taught me to how to teach kids differently because everyone learns different. I learned how to motivate, teach discipline and make them just better men. I loved this experience because I got to see young kids grow and I loved teaching them. Out of all experiences in my life this was by far the most enjoyable and teaching moment.
