Summary

I am dedicated to helping people through their journey in recovery from addiction and mental health. I have a longing to learn and gain new skills that will improve my ability to aid others. My strengths are mindfulness and somatic based experiences to explore whatever may arise from the present moment. As well as more traditional approaches such as CBT and DBT. I have been working in the mental health field since 2014 and am extremely excited to enhance my skills within a therapeutic milieu.
