• Maintain and update all program related documents, including but not limited to Emergency Contact Forms, Child health reports, Child Service Reports, Staff files, Clearances, etc.
• Stay current on Department of Health and Human Service codes and Keystone Stars guidelines to maintain compliant program operations in Pennsylvania.

• Rehabilitation clients, families and supporters.

• Municipal construction officials and inspectors
• Private home owners' associations
• Home improvement material and appliance suppliers

* Develop legal binding documents

* Mail documents to program officials.

* Facilitate in-home inspections for rehabilitation.

• Planned and implemented different daily activities to align with the PA Keys.
• Communicated with parents about child's needs, development, health, safety and classroom experiences to build lasting relationships and develop trust.
