From May of 2023 to May of 2024, I worked as a floor manager for Perks Coffeehouse in Norwood MA. my responsibilities are various. This includes, opening and closing the store, running the store and guiding employees, training new potential employees, overseeing the store, answering the phone, ensuring customer service is impeccable, preparing drinks and pastries, maintaining a clean environment, keeping stock, and more.

Worked as a seasonal employee for Edible Arrangements in North Haven, Connecticut. My responsibilities included answering the phone and taking online orders, using the online system to confirm and put together purchases, making fruit and other desserts, maintaining a clean environment, and more.

• Sell pool day passes to residents and others using cash or card with an online system.
• Make sure children under 12 years old have supervision in the pool area.
• Check and scan all pool passes to those entering the town pools.

• Have done various babysitting jobs over the past few years along with a part time job at times.
• Took the responsibility of watching children of different ages and attending to their needs.

• Transported merchandise to sales floor from the backroom and stocked throughout the store.
• Was always kind, helpful, and informative to all customers
• Worked on the sales floor by organizing merchandise racks, shelves, and tables in store
• Worked on the cash register assisting customers make purchases and returns.

• Maintained a clean and organized workspace for optimal productivity and safety.
